‘Members of Chambers were recently involved in an important Court of Appeal decision concerning the admissibility of indecent images in trials concerning allegations of sexual assault. Matthew Dunford conducted the conjoined appeals on behalf of the Crown. The case is reported at Regina v D (N), Regina v P (A), Regina v U (S) [2011] WLR (D) 166.’
