Teenager cleared of rape

Owen Edwards successfully defended a sixteen year old accused of raping and sexually assaulting two teenagers in a trial at Caernarfon Crown Court. The case required detailed examination of unused material held by the prosecution. Following legal applications the defence were able to make use of information which fundamentally undermined the credibility of the main complainant.
