Selda Krasniqi
Barrister Overview
Selda completed her pupillage under the supervision of Michael Whitty and became a member of chambers in September 2025. She practises in crime and family law.
She accepts instructions to prosecute and defend in all areas of criminal practice in the Magistrates’, Youth and Crown Courts. She acts as a Case Presenter for the NMC and BACP.
Selda has represented clients in public and private family law cases. She accepts instructions involving care proceedings, child arrangements orders, non-molestation orders, and financial remedy orders.
Prior to pupillage, Selda worked for ARB and ACCA, where she gained experience in a range of cases in professional discipline and regulatory law. She was previously a Screening Committee member at the British Psychoanalytic Council.
